Balloon Car Challenge Kira Kira Flyers   This team’s balloon is powered by air coming out of a balloon attached to the front of the car. The materials that they use to make this balloon car are four plastic bottle caps, two toothpicks, two balloons, three rubber bands, a thick straw, and two clothespins. I explain how to make this balloon car. First, we make holes in the plastic bottle caps large enough hold a toothpick. Second, we glue the two plastic bottle caps and a two toothpick.
